Come and join us at our annual Family friendly Show on Saturday 3rd & Sunday 4th October – gates open to the Public at 9.00 am
“Keeping the Past Alive” the main arena will have earthmoving displays playing in the dirt and other farm machinery working all day, bring along your implements to play. All old machinery is welcome with sites available for vintage and classic cars, bikes, trucks and tractors; farm machinery, stationary engines and equipment of all types. A loading ramp is available on the grounds.
There will be a variety of food and coffee vans available onsite plus market stalls both days, there will be a working chainsaw display and many more displays in the Pavilions and around the grounds.

Friday 2nd October there will be a Tractor Trek – covering back roads of the area.
Camping is available for exhibitors only at $10 per night per site.
Fires are totally prohibited and this is a ruling by the Wauchope Show Society and a condition of our hire agreement.

The weekend will operate under NHMA guidelines.
Junior Member Driving assessment will be available for junior members (10 years to 17 years) to assess their tractor / machinery handling skills in a restricted area. Junior members will not be able to operate machinery unless they have been assessed by a NHMA Club

Visit the WYTMC Office before entering any active working or display areas. Fill out the registration form and collect a registration pack.

Exhibitors are invited to the Friday night free Welcome BBQ – RSVP is needed on Friday by 4 pm.

Saturday night we will be having a Dinner, followed by an Auction – RSVP & payment is needed by 2 pm sharp on Saturday.

The main Public entry gate is at 93a High Street and will have EFTPOS
Other Public entry gates are at Beechwood Road & Wade Street and will be cash only.

The Office will also have EFTPOS .

Exhibitors to enter / exit via Wade Street.
Car Club exhibitors arriving on Saturday and Sunday are to enter / exit via the Beechwood Road gate.
