The Aim of this assessment is for member clubs to assess junior members in their tractor handling skills.
The NHMA has been successful in getting Insurance coverage for junior members to drive their tractors in restricted (off road) club events, and as such the participating clubs need to have taken the following steps.
1. A motion on their minutes that they have established a junior driver assessment committee and assess each junior as to their ability to operate their tractors.
2. The assessment committee should consist of at least two senior club members
3. Show the name of the junior member, and their NHMA insurance number
4. Show the tractor make and model they are assessed on
5. Be signed by the examiners
6. Be signed by Parent/ Guardian
